GSO Rules & Constitution Committee
Description
Modifies existing rules and written policies of the GSO as necessary; works in conjunction with the Budget Committee to prepare rules and law pertaining to new line items in the operating budget; decides the outcome of challenges to the President's interpretation of a Constitutional clause or statute; if necessary.
